  • awww mi bothang lol only if he was born in 1996 we can be gf n bf awwww why da cute bois have to be boren in da 60's lol

  • in my opinion this movie is pretty much saying.. you only get to live once make the most out of your life

  • Ponyboy, stay away from highlights.

  • i love how ralph macchio is actually older than c thomas howell and tom cruise in real life, but in this movie he plays a 16 year old who in my opinion looks and sounds younger than c thomas howell and tom cruise plays the oldest in comparison to thomas and ralph... it's amazing how looks don't always tell the age of someone

  • wheres the stevie wonder song?

  • i have to memrize this too D:

  • My grandmother is in her final days, and now, all of a sudden, this poem means so much to me

  • no way i read the book too in the same grade

  • I just read the book in English class (I'm in 7th grade) and my friend thinks the book is much beter the the movie. I don't know so I'm serching for the movie "the outsiders". Lol. :D

  • Like this if u pronounced socs socks the first time..

    or the Completer novel version?

  • you see the dislike bar, oh wait thats all the socs dicks...combined.

  • I love the book since I've seen parts of life like that. I read in fourth grade but didn't fully understand the poem til this year. I'm now in eighth grade and have read the book like once a month..

  • @kanthony1999 ...

  • I love this gentle scene ...

"Can you see the sunset from the South side very good?" - "You can see it from the North side, too."

Great movie, once you manage to suppress the gangs/fighting aspect and start listening to the less obvious ;-)

  • This movie was like the twilight back in 1986 :) it's way better and always will be better

  • I loved this movie, and I don't know why it has never received the credit it deserves. I think this is partially due to Francis Coppola's Godfather movies' having so much success.

  • This Poem And Song By Stevie Wonder Has A Profound Impact On Mysely And My Best Friend. Thank You So Much dlo316 This Was A Beautiful Scene. I Think This Original Movie Should Be Re-Released. I Believe It Would Do Very Well In Todays Market. We All Need It! Peace

  • i love ponyboy and johnny i love the book and movie 2

  • beautiful

  • I always liked the original score for this movie. I wish they had kept some of it for the Complete Novel. The music when Dallas dies doesn't fit in the new version.

  • They have a new version?

  • Yeah. They re-released the movie as a "complete novel". So they put more scenes in the movie and redid the music.

  • This is soo sooo pretty

  • the music makes the scene sound like dark and depressing

  • is the original music? it's kinda weird for this scene I like the one with stay gold by stevie wonder in the backround

  • Stay Gold Pony Boy
