We know that she's in the basement due to pipes.

We know that there's dripping water and the sound of a train near the end of the clip.

We know that there is some kind of number/lettering on the door to the right.

csldeljcljnl and Starzz57 came up with a theory to check out Utica St., Fulton, NY. I say we go to that for now. It does sound really good.

Hey, I won't wanna rain on the parade but it does not say UTIFUL. It looks that that from one shot but look closer at the other shot that you get of it above her head at 10 seconds. It seems to have a slash somewhere in the lettering.

I can't make sense of it. But maybe you guys can?

Check out the list of Boiler Rooms and see if one of them has the AC UTI/FUL name on it.

ok so this is a big mistake for the kidnapper b/c he gave us his voice and a clue to where she is i think maybe she might be in a boiler room? or a basement? i don't know just guessing but we need to keep looking and try to remake the voice or rearrange it so u can get an actual voice just keep trying.....Slade Lexi stay safe and good luck

DCS or DAS or D (*) 3 Is on the door to the right I think and on the aluminum behind her is AC. At the end It's a voiceing work. They multiplied the voice and put put the deeper voice just a split second before it. If I record it and slow down or sppen it up in just the right way I could actually Hear the voice of the abductor. I'll be posting a video responce with my responce if all goes well! Wish me luck!

Maybe there's something in the shot that Randy could find that would be a clue as to where they're holding Hayley. Maybe he could even do something to un-distort the voice at the end (I know absolutely nothing about high tech stuff or anything, so who knows!). I hope the video helps.

she's obvously in some basement somewhere that has a major AC UNIT so it must need to cool a lot of rooms so its a bigger building. Hey what if the killer didn't take Hayley all that far. Does the building your in have a basement?? From the killer's stature in the kidnap video he or she probably couldnt of carried hayley very far...Just an idea but SLADE GO CHECK IT OUT
