I listened to the whole thing. The notes seem right.. You got that. Some criticism:

1. It sounds like you were playing more of a "backup" guitar/piano/bass part, rather than the lead guitar part. The "lead" guitar is too overpowering for such a simplistic/flat melody.

2. Pick up the tempo. enough said.

3. Maybe the bass player could have played what the guitarist played and perhaps the guitarist could have done something a little more exciting.
