  • because of the clicker it puts people on the spot and could makes them guess rather than give an answer based on if they feel they are being stared at or not. take away the clickers and let it run on for longer and you should have a more accurate result.

  • Great........so.....has anyone considered that there could be a slight ruffling of clothing as one turns away vs. no sound whatsover when the person merely keeps staring?

Things like that are the problems with Sheldrake's crummy work.

  • @GetMeThere1 I believe he has done these tests via camera link and with folks in separate rooms. I would love more info on what is wrong with his experiments because....his work freaks me out.

  • Have any tests been performed on a blind person being stared at?

Conversely, what happens when a blind person 'focuses' on someone?

  • put that in your pipe Dawkins and smoke it

  • 0:54 to 0:56 - I believe that's Dr Sheldrake's wife, Jill Purce, looking at him so adoringly. I don't think she was aware of being filmed at that moment, and it is so candid and unabashed. She looks radiant... and the feeling is so palpable. Very lovely to see that.

As a woman I can certainly understand why. There is this exquisite brilliance, openness and gentleness about him.

  • @HurricaneHeidi I recomend you see Nassim Haramein Lecture here on youtube as well. It's 45 parts long, it talks about physics related to spirituality and he's brilliant as well.
