THANKS for posting this! My dad graduated in 1950 from MSC, and my folks lived in the barracks that were built in 1946. My brothers graduated in 1975 and 1989, and I graduated in 1983. My mom used to sing it with these lyrics and I always tried to correct her...but I now know why she sang them...Thanks again!

Fantastic! Both of my parents were there in the 40's when it was MSC, I'm an MSU grad ('75/'79) - oldest son graduated in '07 and youngest is a Freshman at MSU.  Thanks for posting this.
