    but I have one question concerning the nutrition: I'm vegetarian so I wanted to ask if it's ok to replace the meals involving fish with soy products etc.?

  • thx dude, hey im like 143lbs, want to get to like 135lbs for abs. how long will ittake? i usually do 20minute medium intense jogging a day. and light weights lght reps as im small =P

  • @XxBanksy it should take you 1 month if work hard for it. Just eat protein everytime you eat and eat 250-500 less calories a day and you will get there. Also eat less sugar every week this will help a lot

  • @XxBanksy it should only take you 30 days max just eat clean and high protein meals, im at 160 now im going for 150 in the end of this month

  • Well eating 2 to 3 hours wouldnt that have me gain weight since im 225 lbs??????

  • @kikito4151 no the only way you will gain weight is if you eat high calorie foods high in sugar every 2-3 hours. but if u stick to foods high in protein this will speed up your metabolism. if u wait to long to eat your metabolism will turn off and it will take longer to burn calories.
