@Pendragon1717 there is a difference, the difference is when coloreds move in whites move away at your own discretion, when whites move in colored are forced out.
@AlizeCiz Good point. Many lower income minorities are forced out, but I also believe that there are many Puerto Ricans in HP that do quite well, clearly middle class. Pilsen may be the same way. It's not like some huge completely poor urban ghetto; the kind u would find on the South Side of CHI. So some do have a choice about staying or moving.
