@manofreedom How true MOF. It looks ugly but in about 4 to 6 days it will start shaping up and on its way to healing. That whole white dead layer is totally gone now and the inside is exposed, its deep but looks good. In 4 to 6 days it will start to look much better. For now I flush it every 2 hours for the first couple of days, then not as much afterwords. I have fixed him up so many times he fully trust me. GSD's are truly the best dogs on so many levels, this is why they are #1 in PD K-9
That shows just how loyal and trusting mans best friend can be. For a wounded dog to trust you not to harm him more is a testament to that bond.
