NoseBrazil, os 50 que você conhece são todos ruins então...vai estudar um pouco mais sobre o zouk depois escreva algo sobre ele que faça sentido.

Primeiramente, você não deve ter nem noção de quem começou com o zouk aqui no Brasil e em que ano ele veio para cá.

Isto aí nao tem nada de zouk e sim de um simples e mal feito balé (Ballet).

É Zouk misturado com dança moderna e um estilo brasileiro.

Isso chama-se CULTURA. Se a dança não mescla com a cultura nacional, ela fica estagnada e morre. O TANGO ARGENTINO surgiu de uma miscigenação, que começou em PROSTÍBULOS. NADA fica GRANDE, se isso não acontece. E o próprio tango está sofrendo grandes mudanças. Assim como o zouk.

Cada país, cada cultura. Cada um cada um. Parem de ser tão preconceituosos e conservadores.

@marvscole Uh... Não. A música originou de lá. O Zouk brasileiro (dança) surgiu mais ou menos ao mesmo tempo em que a lambada decaiu. Mas as pessoas que dançam esse zouk são as que dançavam lambada, no geral, e tinham esses toques de ritmo mais rápido, que gerou o zouk-lambada. Isso é um estilo brasileiro, original nosso. Ninguém dança zouk como a gente (seja isso bom ou não, fica a encargo dos dançarinos profissionais julgar).

@mrfelipeist A danca Zouk que e originada pela musica de martinique se chama passada, ja vi centenas de pessoas aqui que sao de martinique a perguntar o mesmo... Zouk e nome da musica em geral... criada em martinique e em portugal os angolanos fizeram disso uma danca que se chama KIZOMBA, Passada.

It only went to Brazil 3 years ago or so... because of Angolans and Caboverdians use to dance it in nightclubs in Portugal back to 80's, until today... so please don't poor the person for telling the truth.... brasilians just went to portugal or they saw it on tv and now they came with this Moden Zouk invented?? The music is not Zouk but the dance is a Jazz/Ballet (or Contemporary depending on how you interpret it) version of Zouk Dance which is typically choreographed around Zouk music.

Absolutely beautiful! I've been dancing Zouk for a number of years now, and I've watched a lot of performances, but this is probably the best choreographed piece I've seen yet! The rhythm, the musical interpretation, the relationship between the dancers and the music . . . everything works perfectly. Nice that it came out of Academia Jaime Aroxa. I have a friend named Drika Junqueira, who teaches there.
