Sorry bigbluemeany, I forgot to say that I really do love the vid you put together. I just watched the last episode again for the first time in years and I'll admit that Silver is more appealing in that one. But in his first appearance, sorry but I didn't like him. I thouht he was very arrgoant and too sure of himself. My boyfriend agreed with me! I suppose I see him as an interloper and had hope for her and Steel lol

How familiar are you with David Collings and his characters? I believe you're the first person I've ever come across that's ever thought of him that way. Though you have every right to form your own opinions about a character, there's a point to which you have to keep them to yourself to avoid upsetting someone (particularly myself, as I grew up watching him).

Oh dear kilinka1 I'm sorry if I offended you it was not in any way my intention. I really do love Silver. Though I do think you're wrong about opinions, I think one of the greatest things about S and S is the many and vaired possibilities for interpretation....One of the purposes of making the vid was that it was a bluemeany attempt to figure out what the hell was going on really. All the different theories and stories, that is where for me anyway all the fun lies.

Oh no no don't worry about it, really. :D I thought I had responded to geishastorm's comment. But after reading back my comment I didn't mean to say it wasn't a good idea to inform people about their interpretation of a character, just that when there's someone who really likes a particular one, that someone shouldn't just badmouth them without much reason, it makes me feel guilty about what I like (if that makes sense, I'm horrible when it comes to explaining things). Ahh running out of room!

But I do love the idea of your vid to try and explain what's going on. It helps a lot of the newer viewers getting into the show. The S&S comic never really made much sense either from what I remember lol

kilinka1 I'm really sorry if I offended you. My erm dislike to that particular kind of suave gentlemen is kind of based on real life exp. (obviously none of who were elements or had superpowers - though a few thought they did) I should have worded it a bit more...erm delicatley but was in that kinda mood.I'm still dedicated sapp/Steel ship though lol! I always got the impression Saph flirting with Silver was done to wind Steel up to some extent. *runs off to hide before digging a deeper hole*
