I heard that IAF was going to sell their A-4 for the brazilian navy, which stills operate and needs to update them. I also heard that IAI could help making components for these fighters/attackers. is it true?

My A4 didn't have a chute, but you don't need one on a carrier. Great plane that did well for the top notch IAF.
