@gamewizard Quite a bit, really. The hot pocket I had was like the topping of a bad pizza had been scraped off and mixed up. Cornish pasties don't have cheese in them which is one major difference. Traditional ones have beef cubed up into nice bite-sized portions and diced turnip or swede. Some of the trad ones also had dessert up one end too so that the Tin miners could save that part till after.

The type of pastry is very different too. Wouldn't recommend microwaving one :)
