They say it's for ages 8 to 18 but if you want you can leave before your 18 :-) .... not that you would want to.

Oh - I think it's: "Tell us who is rising, tell us what is rising, tell us who is rising, tell us why he's rising" (It repeats and then goes in a different order i think).
