  • for once somebody who works with good solid form, is not being a douche with their video, and does something besides be a bench monster. Congrats on your hardwork you could not have achieved that level of strength without some serious time in the gym.

Love the bullshit, especially how you try making yourself seem more humble by saying "only 3 times" so people think it's believable. I'm sick of these little kids commenting on lifting videos (especially videos of people who are newbies or lifting modest weight) and bragging about how much more they (think) they can lift. Not one of them have videos of themselves either and civicit is no exception. Apparently as the age gets lower, the higher the lifts. Fucking losers.  Too bad there's no way to call them out on their make-believe lifts.

  • @YAOMINGOWNS well the truth is that i am 16, and i can do 315 about 20 times, but thats only cuz i play football, and we workout everyday and this is one of our main workouts so everybody on my team is pretty good at them and we all 15-18 years old, so you can suck it lol

  • @shawnkilledyou: In all seriousness, do other guys really consider 7 inches big? I mean, not knowing, this is like me benching 225 and hearing other guys claim "lots of guys claim they bench 225", when I wouldn't consider 225 THAT much (given that I can).

    Sorry if you are smaller than 7,..you might want to stick with something much larger like 8 or 9.

  • @YAOMINGOWNS I'm 17. And I truly respect this man for doing that. I'm an amateur body builder and power lifter for my school, and can do roughly 300 pounds for this many reps. Unlike the rest of these people, I don't talk shit. I'm 17, 5'11, 240 Lbs.

  • @quyiter Squatting 315 isn't hard. If you've been squatting for a year continually adding resistance and intensity, it's not hard to squat 315 at even 150 lbs. I've done it.

  • Why are there so many internet experts commenting on form? Just post a vid of yourselves doing better. Same goes for the knees past toes crap. Real life biomechanics don't actually allow that to happen. Only in textbooks does that exist...

  • The first 10 were awesome. I don't do any more past the point where I am not pushing-up through my heels 100% and I definitely don't do anymore when my knees start to buckle.

    Your knees are never supposed to go over the tips of your toes, your meant to keep the balance in between the soles of your feet.

    Your knees are going to give up one day, lets hope not when your doing 315 squats!

  • with a close stance, your knees are going to go over your toes if you're going atg.

  • Try it yourself....try doing about 50% of your 1 rep max and I guarantee your knees will not go over your toes. However try doing a weight you can't do, and watch your knees buckle over your toes every time!

  • with a stance that close, unless you're not going parallel than yeah you will.

  • i am tryin the 20rep Breathing Squats ...its very hard , the hardest thing i have ever tried....did you get any knee injury from the 20 rep squats.....did you find it unconfutable... when you knees go past you feet?...nice lifting man...keep up the good work ...there is'nt many men or women who can perform the 20rep squats...with good form...

  • i just did this today 315x20 and let me tell you it was the hardest thing i have ever done for a leg workout. it was right after i did 455x2...i kinda fell into the racks because i couldn't lift my feet up after the 20th rep. good job man!

  • the thing i like most about his videos imo, is that while everyone else his strength or less makes a huge scene in front of everyone, or will start yelling and grunting and other stupid stuff. he just keeps it simple and doesn't draw attention to himself...he lets the numbers do that.
