@quyiter Squatting 315 isn't hard. If you've been squatting for a year continually adding resistance and intensity, it's not hard to squat 315 at even 150 lbs. I've done it.

The first 10 were awesome. I don't do any more past the point where I am not pushing-up through my heels 100% and I definitely don't do anymore when my knees start to buckle.
Try it yourself....try doing about 50% of your 1 rep max and I guarantee your knees will not go over your toes. However try doing a weight you can't do, and watch your knees buckle over your toes every time!

i am tryin the 20rep Breathing Squats ...its very hard , the hardest thing i have ever tried....did you get any knee injury from the 20 rep squats.....did you find it unconfutable... when you knees go past you feet?...nice lifting man...keep up the good work ...there is'nt many men or women who can perform the 20rep squats...with good form...
i just did this today 315x20 and let me tell you it was the hardest thing i have ever done for a leg workout. it was right after i did 455x2...i kinda fell into the racks because i couldn't lift my feet up after the 20th rep. good job man!
the thing i like most about his videos imo, is that while everyone else his strength or less makes a huge scene in front of everyone, or will start yelling and grunting and other stupid stuff. he just keeps it simple and doesn't draw attention to himself...he lets the numbers do that.

Your knees are never supposed to go over the tips of your toes, your meant to keep the balance in between the soles of your feet.
Your knees are going to give up one day, lets hope not when your doing 315 squats!
