then go to the houshold, shift click on the mailbox, and choose make NPC(non playable character) and then find burglar. he will come soon, if not, do it again. now that boolprop is on, make the most of it: do random shizz, but don't click FORCE ERROR, it's bad.

When you get to your sims houes hold Shift and click on the mailbox then Make NPC (Or just NPC idk) and bulger!
