It's a rhythm game where you hit buttons. Your character is on the left, and the character on the right is determined by which song you pick. To beat a song, you have to have your gauge (bottom) in the clear zone.
You pretty much hit the buttons when they get to the line.
It's for the japanese PS2. The older versions like volume 1-4 can be played on Dreamcast. If your lucky, you might be able to find an arcade version in your arcade (Though I'm pretty sure only some of the arcades in western America have them).
