@gothless Interesting, but there's more to it than that. It's kind of a false dichotomy, between tribalism and civilization as in the West (neo-liberalism or democratic socialism, and their derivatives). Anarchism (syndicalism, in particular) puts forward a third option, where we can maintain a modern society without resorting to authoritarian entities like capitalism and the nationstate. These two things are (stereotypically) called "the system" and there is certainly disillusionment with that.

@KNUKEM23 Like communism the ideals on Anarchism would in theory be amazing. Unfortunately we need to change our human nature in order for such ideologies to work. Greed, and ego will always lead to conflict even among anarchists making it just another redundant ideology. A dynamic ideology which continually shifts and changes will see us right. Such a system is already in place and we see it everyday. Giving ideas labels and ridged rules and laws is already a starting point for division.

The thing is that humans can easily be "indoctrinated" into acting in different ways. People are being brainwashed everyday in school by commercials, media, social groups, etc etc to think and act the way we do. It would be so easy to do the same thing but the otherway around.

War is something brought on by either greed or desperation, geopolitical, economical or otherwhise. it all comes down to greed or desperation to survive. In modern human societies the "species" have been replaced by national identity again this all goes back to the natural instincts ingrained in our DNA.
