let get one thing straight..singing beautifully doesn't mean you have to hit the high notes like crazy..every individual singing vocals is different to many ears..And Mandy don't have to hit the high notes to be a great singer..she sounds amazing in live performances..

Also mandy is talented on acting singing instruments she is talented on alot of stuff and she doesn't sell herself out like hillary duff, christina aguilera, britney spears and so on she doesn't have to show herself naked constantly to get anywhere and she most certainly can sing amazingly and this album was all her, she produced music, lyrics and she played the piano.

Actually Mandy wrote this whole album, including the music. Look at the credits in the album insert. This is first album that she had complete creative control over. She was involved in every aspect of the production of it and this album is pure Mandy. THAT'S what makes this an awesome album.

BTW she plays the piano.

i like this music. I kept hearing it played over and over again in barnes and nobles. Then I found out who was singing. Mandy Moore does not write her material, she does not play instruments. This album sounds better because Team mandy found better cowriters and producers.

Great singers are kelly clarkson, christina aguilera, celine dion, mariah carey and so on cause they can belt and hit ultra high notes but let me ask you what do you think of Taylor Swift? she can't belt or hit that high notes she is regular singer who can stay in tune and sound beautiful So can mandy and she can sing high.

And then we have miley cyrus who cant stay in tune or sing beautifully but people still like her cause either they kids or tone deff and kids like anything. Mandy is great

Sorry dude...Taylor Swift does't always stay in tune. I've listened to her live music, and she has pockets of times(not just one or two) where she doesn't stay in-tune) That being said, she is still a good singer.

Mandy Moore is one of the best because she understands where she stands ability-wise, and isn't afraid to live IN HER RANGE. That's why Mandy Moore is good.
