  • I've replayed the 9:20 - 12:00 with tad barrelling over scott's banter about 3 times now

  • TWO HOURS worth of YFF?!!...yes!

Scott, Tad, Kurt & Jim...my heroes.

"playin' to a crowd of 6"...heh heh...

  • where IS Groovytown?

  • Can someone please post the setlist?

  • Young Fresh Fellows are the best fucking band EVER. PERIOD. Wait, if you say PERIOD, then put a . after it, is it redundant? Who gives a fuck, just listen to YFF and be happy and bounce around the world! Best band ever...how they never really came to dominate music more than U2 is beyond me. These guys are real rock and roll. ACCEPT NOTHING LESS!

  • "Their first concert"...heehee

Bless my first college roommate. Going through his records, I remember pulling out a copy of "The Men Who Loved Music..."

    "Is this any good?"

    "Hell yeah"

A few weeks later, the college TV station showed the video for "Still There's Hope". And then I was in the bookstore and there was a cassette of "Totally Lost" for sale at the counter display. (Which I bought.) I just assumed they were the biggest band in the world, and I had just been totally clueless.

  • These guys fucking rock! Are they still playing? If they are they need to play the midwest...

  • I love shitty good-vibed bands that can rock the hell out!

This looks a lot like one of my shows...

    very cool.

  • This is the best I've felt all day!!!

  • magnificent!!!

  • Doesn't get any better than that! :)

  • Thanks for all cool comments!

  • Very nice! It's a good thing I am drunk though. Its amazing how much I have always wanted to see them live and they are always so F'd up and sloppy. Yet still! My fave of all fucking time. YFF rewl! I love you always! And Kurt! I love you most my friend! Call me!

  • Holy Balls! My Boyfriend's in Killdozer AND Picture Book?!?!?!? Did I just die or what?

  • Most excellent!

  • This is amazing. Thank you so much for posting it (although my boss might not be so happy)

  • Wow. I was actually at that concert. Easily my favorite NW band and easily my favorite NW venue. Thanks for the flashback. I hear they serve brunch over at the Pine St now.

  • Love Jim Sangster! I wrecked a backstage with him in Winnipeg, Canada in 90' Good times!!!
