@Brianna282XxX still getting used to the shoulder stuff tho lmao XD in the future ill havr better vids, and yeah i got in to this stuff because his vid lol Thank you :)
@Brianna282XxX i can do some stuff, with shoulder flexibility lol i can touch my elbows together, i could rap my arm around my head, and do half of the last one u did but cant go over my head -_- lol i go up and twist my shoulder in place lol im not double jointed so it took some pain :D
i can do only do three things in this vid. the only thing thats different is that im not double jointed... :o how is this possible "Freaky" still learning though lmao
Can you do that trick where you bring your arms over your head without taking your hands apart with straight arms? Also can you touch your right elbow to your left shoulder (or vice-versa)?
@cowm00n I can't do the first one you said because i think they are able to do it with straight arms because they can bend their elbows the opposite way << if that makes sence - and I can touch my right elbow to my left shoulder... I just tried it then haha
@Brianna282XxX I think the word you're looking for is "hyperextension." I've definitely seen people do it without that although a lot of people definitely DO use that to their advantage. I think it helps if you keep one arm completely straight and bend the other one (the normal way) a little bit. It's hard for me to say exactly because I can't do it either way at all. :-)
second thing..... I CAN DO THAT! ITS EASY!

@cowm00n Also, does it count if I hold it?
Brianna282XxX 2 months ago
@Brianna282XxX Um, YES! Heh, I don't think I've ever seen someone do it without using their other arm but that would be an awesome trick, too. :-)
