  • No it does not!! I run a IVF centre, and I obviously do not want my patients to not conceive after my surgery. Having performed this for many yrs, I do not have a patient who could not conceive because of the surgery. There are enough publications out there that collateral perfusion of the uterus occurs within hours of ligating the uterine arteries.

  • But ligating the uterine a i feel wud intefere with fertility isnt it?? As infertility speiclaist we all know that its imlantation thats what we aworrried all d time
