No it does not!! I run a IVF centre, and I obviously do not want my patients to not conceive after my surgery. Having performed this for many yrs, I do not have a patient who could not conceive because of the surgery. There are enough publications out there that collateral perfusion of the uterus occurs within hours of ligating the uterine arteries.
But ligating the uterine a i feel wud intefere with fertility isnt it?? As infertility speiclaist we all know that its imlantation thats what we aworrried all d time
