Too bad he doesn't do stuff like this any more. There is a million and one click/bleep producers but very few can make deep, emotional, entangling dance music like Holden did back in the day

I agree and can can why he chose to go into a complete different direction after reaching his status in prog. But the tracks he and his colleagues are releasing on his label BC these days sound mostly disturbing to me. He's toying around with atonality and pushes boundaries on the mixing perspective by doing crazy stuff with compressors, limiters and what not yet it completely takes over the musical aspect of his productions as apposed to his past work.

there is times when he's a bit too choppy with sounds, overdoes the trippy and looses the fluency and goes too far on the weirdness but when holden gets it right there's nobody that takes you to the place that he can. this is a masterpiece in production

awesome video. Years ago I thought this guy was amazing, this song is nothing short of great, then he started making weird nursery music on acid....I guess its is minimal/techno now but whatever I dont care anymore, he should have stayed on track with progressive, he was good at it.
