  • This is the best series on the subject I have ever seen. You really blew my mind. 30-40% is such a low number is scary. Just from my standpoint overcoming obstacles after the military and still getting a full time job with other offers this ridiculous. Get off your asses and be a contribution to society.

  • Love the flask

  • This is great advice. Real honest advice.

  • I love the peanut butter and jelly analogy. Especially because now I'll be singing the peanut butter jelly song in my head before upcoming interviews!

  • Great video, I'm not going to be needing any of the information any time soon and most of it I knew already. But the peanut butter and jelly metaphor was truly insightful, on that note. I'm gonna go make a sammich.

  • It is easy to get locked in to your own story. Its important to communicate with an employer and understand what their misconceptions are and how your can show that you are there with the background and experience to solve their problems and be a credit to their team. Good job, Nick!

  • this could be helpful for almost anyone trying to get a job. especially that peanut butter and jelly part.

  • if i was an employer i would care that you're a veteran. veterans deserve the best.

  • Unbelievably Outstanding video...sharing everywhere! Absolutely stealing the peanut butter and jelly metaphor. It speaks perfectly to hiring talent.

  • I like the flask on the desk lol

  • @dereklacy : I was on the fence until I saw that. Just kidding, RU, this is amazing, thank you

  • Things have really changed since I left the Army and went looking for a job! Yet, thinking back, Nick's advice worked for me back then too! Thanks Nick and RangerUp for putting this series together in a way our fellow Vet's can see the advantage's we have.

  • This is excellent information, and presented very well. It means a lot that you're willing to put together something like this. Thank you.
