i have a 49cc pocket bike but the motor screws are way too fucking tight to un tighten so im going to saw it off;)

so howd you mount it on to the frame?

Welding ofcourse will give you the best hold. However, nut, bolts, and straps work pretty good too. Remember, these are very small motors. Be sure though to have it tight! Happy riding..

Used the throttle cable already on the engine from the mini moto. Swapped the twist lever to a 2 finger bike brake lever on the steering wheel.

You can use the brake already on it, but its pretty useless and shreds the tyres. I just dump my feet

Probaby does 40mph, bout the same speed as a mini moto. Feels alot faster though. 9T pinion with 68T sprocket, no filter ... running lean.
