Come on...the hottest burger? Not by a long shot. When a tablespoon of Blair's Megadeath sauce is the "secret ingredient" it means that the heat is going to be medium at best. Good advertisement for the restaurant though. The health disclaimer is a nice touch :)
Travel to Finland and try Jack The Rooster's seasonal Death & Ultimate Death Burgers which are properly hot, especially the Ultimate one. :)

hardest thing i found were the raw onions.. everything else was a cakewalk but the onions.. AND i didnt mind the taste of the burger, thought it was flavoursome. thats unusual for something so hot..

i went and ate this the other day.
the hardest thing about eating it was it tastes like shit and there is alot of it.
if they made it taste better i think i could have eaten 2 and injoyed it.
it is hot though but i still havent found a chillie thats fucked me up.
its not that hard if you love hot food.
