Yes! It is too fast and the beauty of the song is lost! This song is a reverence to our Lord and it seems they are running to catch a train! I thing their voices are beautiful, but they need to learn how to sing this song! Sorry but for me it is a thumbs down!

I think they are ment to be louder than the piano. Lol in my college choir we sing it a bit slower than this too.

If you look at comments for various performances of this song on youtube, you'll see a raging debate around the issue of tempo. My own preference is for something a bit slower than this (and I think my preference is in line with Rutter's instructions). Still, this is good, I liked it.
