Self Realization is a process ,and no can give it to you (if they could, that also means that they could also take it away from you - you were never realized in the first place). When you realize that you and the Universe are one, where is the person that is to receive this state? There is no going or coming as everything is uniform and unchanging. There never was any I at any time.

If you don't mind, I will answer only this post. One of the signs of self realization is there is no fear whatsoever. The guy who claims to know and talk about self realization should have known that swine flu scare was just that. Knowing God, another name for self realization, means that you can find out anything about God's creation. Even if it is God's Will that you should die from Swine Flu, why would you go against God's Will?

Whether I am realized or not cannot be determined, unless you also are realized. As my Guru said "Only a snake knows another snake's feet". In the last 2 paragraphs I managed to talk about God over 8 times. Gandhi's last words were "Oh Ram". According to the Vedas he attained liberation at that moment. I am on track for that.
@michaelcweir I have experienced this energy in the past i thought i was going crazy.I acquired it by accident and i never heard of this but it felt so great i didn't want any company.I seem to have lost it sad to say which i know through sexual intercourse.Can't find my way back seeking help!
