No, those are part of the castle's secret stars. Plus since there are three Bowser levels, that would add up to 123, not 125.

absolutely lt92399, that is pretty much the only reason he ever kidnapps her. Bowser loves Peach, Peach is disgusted by him, and Mario tries to save her from him. Bowser hates mario in force of jealousy of love. It is actually king of sad.
