I've applied this beofe, I just never really thought about it as being an effective stratagy. but when I think about it, the days I get the most done is the days I've used this method.
Awesome idea - Thank you so so much for posting this video.
I do have a question, however, that maybe you or other viewers can shed some light on.... What about those tasks that are unavoidably longer than 15 min; the tasks that are removed from our control of time (i.e. classroom time, tasks at work, etc). - Thanks so much for your thoughts on this.
i like the angle of "a.d.d/a.d.h.d is a positive trait" or however you put it, that we can utilize our way of being more so than seeing it as a disability. that said, society isn't always set-up for people who, as i describe a.d.d, are very good at hyperfocusing but have challenges with knowing where, when and for how long to hyperfocus (and what to hyperfocus on, for sure). am typeing this when i "should" be working at work - so, will try your technique and see how it goes.... have a good one

I have ADD and this video had so much unnecessary details so I couldn't focus more than half minute.
I suggest jumping right to the point and explain in fewer words when addressing ADD people.
