That's a U-MHT. U-MMT's are lower pitched in continuous.

what was the siemens alarm doing? continuous or pulse?

It was doing continuous, it always sounds like its doing pulse with tape over it. I just had the tape over it for my dogs sake, she was in the room
well, this coding is not "pulse." pulse is basically 60bpm march time, or code 3 without the pause.
this coding would be considered 4/6, like the old smoke alarms or a PA400.
