If you take the lyrics from baidu or somewhere look up '青春美少女-i miss you 歌词' then go to google translate and copy paste them there and translate from English to Chinese and click on "Read Phonetically" you will get all the lyrics in pinyin. You might have to do it in sections though, sometimes it doesn't work with big chunks of text. I see this is an old post, but this is a very good way to help with learning Chinese so I want to share! :D
