  • I've been interested in 19th- and 20th-century piano music for decades, including some of the Russians; I love Scriabin, Rachmaninov, and lots of others. I've just discovered Feinberg on this site, and wondered how I've gone through life for so long without knowing this music. What incredible music this is - totally overwhelming and stunning. I can't believe any human being is able to play this music! Feinberg needs to be resurrected as a significant 20th-century composer.

  • @MJE112358132134 yes it is so difficult but as with anything worthwhile attainable

  • If you enjoy Feinberg...explore Michael Finnissy's piano music.
