It is true; there are many false pastors and false churches that teach heresy. But those false pastors do teach according to Pauls teaching to be saved through faith, not by work. But Jesus said that he will judge people according to their works. Those preachers worship Paul, not God.

Yes, the facts is many of the people in the house church were once in the institutional church. There many Godly pastors and believers in the institutional church. They are mostly ignorant of the truth. It is true that many sincere people attend institutional churches, and they love the Lord. All institutional churches contain false practices and you probably find some bad home churches as well.
The big problem is you cannot practice biblical christianity in a institutional church.
Do you see the "Institutional Church" as the mechanism that is false but the people who are ignorant of the fact as true believers? I know there are lots of people who love Jesus and believe they are doing God's will in their institutional Churches. This is a hard point of distinguishing the true from the false. I take the teaching from the parable of the tares to apply to this dilemma. Let them grow together, in the end, God will sort them out.
