That yoga block was doing nothing for you. Great effort. Your about 95% there. After you get it you are going to have to do it again with a weight vest on and perform some hand stand push-ups.
Appreciate constructive critique, you are one tough drill sergeant to please asking me to add weight vest & perform handstand push-ups! maybe in my next life! Thanks, maybe you could post a video to show me??!
I will add the response if it passes muster with me!
Wow, good job. It's looks like you've learned how to handle over balances safely, that's the important part. I haven't tried it since I did my little video of it, so my last experience is falling off of it. I may have to try that again. You're doing some really incredible things.
Developing the muscle memory, like riding a bicycle, most people don't forget & relearn quickly. Watching your video motivated me a lot to give it a try, your handstand seems very consistent & solid.
Thanks for posting Rick & have a fantastic weekend!
Yes, sandbags would be A LOT more stable! FANTASTIC idea!
Next time I practice this will be working on weaning myself off the blocks if possible. I will post again in few weeks, months, ???? if there is marked improvement only, ok?
LOTS of other fun stuff to work on... so little time!
Fantastic work! I'm not sure those blocks helped much!
I love your openness to share your trial and error with the world - well at least with the several hundred (or thousand?) who love to tune in to your practise.

Right on about falling safely being a key issue.
