The camps were work camps making things like amunition. THe pictures are taken after they were captured and so the starvation had set in because nether us or the Germans had the train links due to bombing. Geneva Convention 1977 protocol 1 Art 51
states that Israel can kill its enemy combatants even if they palis are breaking laws by firing from civilian areas. They do not get immunity. It also states that they must choose a site that will cause lesser casualties.
WP is legal to use but not as a weapon, Israel do not use it as a weapon, two people with a couple of burn marks does not constitute an attack.

No medical facilities were attacked, outside the facilities yes.
Under Geneva's 4th Hospitals and ambulances are off limits, UNLESS, they render aid to a combatant by shielding, transporting or rendering military aid. They lose protected status!
The police were identified as hamas members who are not a recognized govt de facto or de jure! They were combatants.
