What is called Kaliningrad(Koenigsberg in German and Karaliaucius in Lithuanian) is actually Baltic Prussians and Lithuanian ethnic lands occupied by Russians.Todays status of Kaliningrad is unlawfull and relict of stalinism and cold war.

What is now Kaliningradskaya oblast` ,after WWII was temporarily given to USSR to administrate untill 1999, when the new status of this land was supossed to be determined.Russians have nothing to do with this land .

Yes, this Baltic land for about 600 years was occupied by Germany and now is under Russian occupation.But it doesnt change a fact that Lithuania Minor rightfully belongs to Lithuanians.
