Just so people who see this Video know i went up a weight class to fight Phil and still could not put on enough weight i came in 177 phil i'm sure was almost back to his noram weight of 195. I take nothing away from phil he is a good fighter and took me out of my game as well consistently switching stance i had trained for a south paw and the guy's hands. -Marc De La Cruz
