Im sorry you did not see some good parts of Jamaica. I've lived in Jamaica all my life and its a beautiful island. Next time come spend a week or two, i can recomend good places to go or even show u around myself.
I was married at Couples San Souci Resort in Ocho Rios - easily the most beautiful place I have ever seen! Super nice people, too! Looks like you got a bad deal. I think this video is a good warning for future visitors! Thanks for posting.
Daft Yank Tourists. I went to Ocho Rios last summer for 2 weeks with a group of lad from England and we helped built a school in the Exchange region for underpriviledged kids.

All night and day party on the beach, lots of drink, music and food and media from the US such as, MTV and BET.
lots of perfomance from local and international stars( pop, rock, hip hop, R&b and reggae).

which is only 10 minutes away from the port.
