  • I could not tell from the video resolution being so poor, was the tool load at 0% during this?

  • i've used ceramic cnmg's for hard turning ona lathe and they can leave a mirror finish

  • Definitely don't proof that program with the door open huh? lol

  • no coolant cause that are ceramic inputs.. theyare for hard workpieces and they dont like coolant,

  • no coolant cuz u want the heat to be in the chip not in the tool

  • is that normal

  • some inserts last longer without coolent

    (with coolant inserts get hot and cold)
