  • Fantastic phrasing, rich voicings, rock-solid, no compromise left hand walking bass + right hand solo (one of the most difficult techniques... just like the way the brain can discern a word if only the first and last letters are shown with everything in between jumbled up, the brain can fill in the harmony even with only the bass and a melodic solo line... you just make it so much easier for my brain to do!) Chris, please let us know if you ever plan for a gig in south Florida! Great videos!

  • Very cool. And for me (jazzmatik...) nothing swings like straight fours :-) Super, and great voicings and improv. Thanks.

  • Great timing and style. You make solo jazz piano look easy, which it's absolutely not.

  • Goodness! Such wonderful voicing! ;)

  • This is very nice. From one jazz pianist to another, I think it would sound a bit nicer if you incorporated some ghost notes and some triplet figures at certain points in your walking base line, rather than pure quarter notes.

  • muy buenooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo,great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • and I love the chord depth throughout the whole song

  • that's a fine left hand coupling with your solo work, there.

  • Nice one!
