  • that's great that you're working out. but do yourself a favor and throw that red bra away! it's not doing you any favors...not supporting you at all.  getting a bra that fits properly will make you feel so much better about yourself. it's really amazing!

  • if you are 163cm your perfect body weight is 58kg...so sorry but you don't look like you are 58 to me...you can see the difference on your body,,,,but i know that your weight is not 58kg...you don't look like it...sorry...but it's true....anyway ....good luck....and don't lie....some of us know how 58 kg look on 163 cm body....you don't look like it.....

  • its not all about weight.... muscle weights more than fat... two people of the same height and the same weight may not look the same if their fat percentage it way different... even a person who is heavier can look more fit nd toned that a person that is in their idea weight

  • dont worry about getting your boobs smaller. they will be gone before you know it. but its not fat in them that will disappear, but the water they're holding. thats the first that goes and thats why youre not feeling as bloated anymore. its looseweight you've lost, not fat, not so far atleast.

  • i totaly agree. the red one rides waay too far up her back. bust and arm shrinkage just do pressups.. it helps a little but not alot as breast mass isnt all fat.

  • this is what you can do zumba its a great exercise its fun and you burn alot of fat or just try doing alot of sitt upps and push ups and dont eat alot of junk food back of the sodas

  • 4.19 pounds in one week.. i think was just water weight. especially if you're not feeling bloated. You're either dehydrated or you started drinking more water, causing your body to hold less of it.

  • I know that loads of people have already told you that your red bra doesn't fit properly but nobody has told you why-basically the band size you're wearing is much too large and thats why it rides up at the back so you need to go down a couple o band sizes :)

  • get a chair and put your arms on the front of it and stretch your legs out the ring ur body to the floor only using your arms muscles and bring it back up again.

    these are called scwats i think.

    it should make you loose arm fat.

  • Do lots of cardio ( like do lots of running) to shrink your arms and boobs. You have to lose overall body weight inorder to loose fat from your arms and boobs, you can't spot reduce.

    Anyways, keep up the good work! You look awesome! :)

  • at contrary less cardio 3 times per week is enough the best way is interval cadio per 20 min and after you done with your workout

    As for arm workouts...stick to lifting small weights quickly for many reps...that'll tone rather than build muscle, which is what us girls want.

    For boobs...honestly, haha, I have no clue. Mother Nature didn't give me that challenge...in fact she didn't give me much at all...:) Maybe pectoral workouts? I think losing overall weight will make a difference in them too.

  • Good job! keep it up. I've lost about 24 pounds in 5 months on Isagenix and my sis in law has dropped 80 pounds in 7 months. Another person on youtube saw my vids and then went to got isagenix and lost over 50 pounds in a little over 2 months. her name is harmonynewyork. It doesnt matter how we get to our healthy weight. Key is to stick with it!

  • I think you should adjust your bra so that th back sits under your shoulder blades (first week pic) it will help ur posture and i think it may help with the boob thing, if they sag they will appear bigger. just a suggestion like you dont have to :) xx
