I really dislike this advert being shown on UK TV... we don't call it "The Holidays" here in the UK, we call it what it's actually called.... CHRISTMAS.

In the UK "holiday" is when we go to the seaside etc. We're a Christian country & have no problems in wishing folk Happy Hanukkah/Diwali. We're comfy being a diverse cutural society. The ad needs a UK version. Change the chant to - "Christmas time is coming". Maybe Coke should be very correct & make ads for Diwali & Hanukkah singing that they're coming too.

We're not American. We're a proud nation & don't wish to be rude but we don't want "The Holidays". We're keeping Christmas thanks.

@Guineepoohs I don't really agree with you, there. We are a diverse society, but we are still primarily Christian. Which is why we close up shops for Christmas day, its a holiday. No matter what religion you are, it is still a holiday, you aren't at work.

Yes He did, He Originated from Germany as Sankt Nikolaus (or something like that), Wearing a Green Coat and traveling with a Black Lad called Black Pete (Not Racist becuase that was his name and he liked it) When The Tradition came to England Coca-Cola wanted him in their Corparate colours Red, so thats why he is always in red now.
