You have to take off the factory plastic sheething then make a slot and tuck it up real high out of the way. My S13 was way lower than that and never had any issues.
@OdysseyDrift its not like that on an s14, the outlet where the harness comes out of from the engine bay is round and on the s13 its an oval shape thats why you have more leave room to go higher.
