With those octagonal lights and bleachers to the far right? Wood floors and black-sheeted windows to the left? Natural wood paneling on the back walls, behind the band? Doubt it. I've been there. The Varsity Theater doesn't look much like this, and I'm not sure a band of this small exposure would have easy access to that place. The place I believe this to be has had many bands of their level play there - Sanctus Real, John Waller, John Reuben, KJ52, and a couple others.

I saw Deas Vail last night for the third time. Andy, the guitarist on the left, is actually a close friend of mine. We went to church together (and still do!). I've played bass and he's played guitar at our church, so I can officially say I've played with Andy for Deas Vail.

They are amazing. The bassist is in his own little bass world. The lady is just beautiful that I can't even imagine. The drummer has is own style. And the singer, well, you know; his voice is so pure!

I'm sorry but I'm going to have to say this. I really was never to into this band, and even now after listening to this song ten times I'm not into this band. But they do have a few great songs that i just can't hate whatsoever. This is one of those songs and Under our skin is the other. Amazing stuff that even a guy who doesn't like the band likes this.
