  • That is lovely. I want one of those!

  • wtf how do people play like this?? and how come the only people who can do it play gretschs?

  • @orrico78 Gretsch guitars play like this automatically, all you have to do it make the motions with your thumb and the guitar does the rest. They're friggin' GREAT!

And the Setzer models play like HIM automatically!

  • @pickrhead hahaa!!

  • @pickrhead You bloody lied ! I bought one and it plays like a one handed drunk.

( Just like all my other guitars ??? ) I thought it was illegal to lie on You Tube

  • @TheChabz81 Sorry to say I don't, but I thank you for your comment. TR

  • I liked it!!! But... what's tha blue screen on your guitar?

  • @Pan3405 A stick-on tuner. TR

  • You play that guitar very well, dear sir. I practice my fingerpicking every day and can only hope to one day be as good as you are.

Great sound as well, this definitely classifies as 'That Great Gretsch Sound' I think of when just looking at a Gretsch guitar.

  • I like that song. Great playing too.

  • Also - forgot to ask. What is the song you are playing? Something by Chet? One of your own? Very Nice PR

  • One of my own, thanks, TR

  • @rothrock65 very nice song man. i love the high parts.

  • Tremendous talent! 5 stars! Could you share some information on how you are getting this tone? (I'm not much of an electric player.) Are any effects involved or is it all coming from your fingers with your guitar just plugged into a "normal" amp with "normal" settings? Thanks very much. PR

  • Thank you very much. I replaced the pickups with TV Jones, I'm playing through a Fender hotrod deville amp using a Danecho delay pedal & I use Gibson L5 11 to 52 strings---you're welcome. TR

  • @rothrock65 which Gretsch is that G6120 Or G5120

  • @Hillbilly4994 6120 W

  • great performance; Thanks Blue....

  • Fantastic sound this guitar-COOL5*****!!!!

  • I've owned many guitars, this one is my favorite. Thanks for the stars. TR

  • ace playing and what a sound!

    5*

  • Thank you very much! TR

  • Absolutely beautiful playing! Could you tell me what guitar this is? It looks to me like a pre-Fender 6120W (Nashville Western). But the pickups sound like TV Jones Classics rather than the stock Filtertrons. Is it correct?

  • What an eye and ear you have! You are correct on both counts. TR

  • Thanks! It probably helps that I own a 6120 from 1990 myself that was recently upgraded with the TV Jones Classics (I hope to make some videos with it soon). Your video title is very apt. I love that authentic Gretsch sound.

  • Thank you. (mine is a '94) TR

  • did you make that????????

thats insane :O in a good way

also do you have tips for me please :)

  • That sounds like the song called "Wait till the blade stops turning".PP

  • I second what Phil said. : )

  • OK. I guess I'm the first one to comment on this one. I thought it was great. Some fine picking.//Phil
