  • Good sound!! Love it!

  • great song my friend.

  • Great work, I like this song the best. I turn to Machosauce for a positive u-turn, thanks Zo.

We need to support Zo and purchase his book, music and shirts.

  • Provocative song - now *please* tell me you also have one written up that talks about how it affects you body/mind/soul when you see a good and Godly woman who is both not afraid to be "feminine" but who knows how to clothe herself with her dignity such that she is able to be more than a snare to the men who see her?

  • Nice has a little korn flare to it..........

  • Really great job. I think this is by far your best song!

  • Awesome!! Love the line share the wealth.. Lol!

  • Good sound, I like it.

You do all the vocals yourself? The tunes?

  • @satirewriter07 YAAAYY! Thanks. Yes, I'm the guilty party!

  • You've got a good sound goin' Zo. :) I like this.

  • First, Bishop means "overseer", next,

Thank you Alfonso for saying what needs to be said, thank you for shining where we cannot!!!

    Miss Yna

  • Zo i'm really liking your sound! It rocks hard! you should get facebook/myspace page for 20 Lb. sledge

  • Funny how people try to analyze music. Don't even sweat it. Music comes from the hear & soul. And trying to "explain" it can ruin the whole message. You're doing a fantastic job playing and I hope you enjoy it. Keep it up!

  • .woman are the ones who degrade them own selves.A woman shouldnt lower her standers to get a certain jobs.if woman has no respect for themself a man going to treat them the same way.but its the woman choice she should do whatever she wants.

  • i agree a woman has the Choice to do what ever she wants as long as this does not take a way that choice from another.

  • The reason for this strictness is so that the woman is protected from the lustful gaze of men. She should not attract attention to herself in any way. It is permissible for a man to catch the eye of a woman, however it is haram (unlawful) for a man to look twice as this encourages lustful thoughts.

  • 5 comments! Obsessed GUY viewpoint won't change a lady's viewpoint.

  • 3martijns "but the fact that he did NOTcriticize men for what they think or do."

the song is about what Men thing and act.

when a mans eye fall away from the lord we become a beast and only see you as a Source of Release.

    i think that is clear.

  • good song Zo, and do not get upset at all the woman that think they dress this way for themselves

Funny how some woman blame the men for wanting them to dress this way saying if it was not for them men wanting them to look this way. Yet others say I can dress how ever I want too.

  • Love ya man but consider losin' the cap with the 5 points huh?

God knows mens hearts I know you gotta good one.

    Just a thought...

  • Lol, share the wealth

Only Zo can take on the left-wing moral AND political views in same line.

Keep going Zo! You are a true Christian!

  • Cool song...

  • Problem is that the lyrics seem to blame the ladies, but not the guys. Even It Up!

  • Isn't it the ladies choice to wear that crap? The man has nothing to do with it. (and yes, I'm a woman).

  • I wasn't validating women doing that, but the fact that he did NOTcriticize men for what they think or do. He's still learning, as we all should be.

I do like ZO though - even bought some things from his store.

  • Are you saying that if the Men only wanted to see women in "Hijab" then that is what Women will wear?

lol it the mans falt that they want you to dress this way?

"Hijab" is a word for women's Islamic or Muslim Dress Code

  • 3martijins: the song targets whores not ladies.

  • So why are not the johns criticized as much? Are not a dopehead and dealer both sinful?

You and macho have a guy's viewpoint.

You have a crazy name . Is that your room number at the hospital?

    Don't get mad. Just kidding!

  • if you think its blaming the ladies for acting like Men (boys) want them to.

    you are missing the point.

  • ROFL is this Christian Grind-core?

  • Matthew 5:28

But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

    Job 31:1

"I made a covenant with my eyes not to look lustfully at a girl.

  • This is really great! Nothing's better than hearing a guy who's willing to call these women out on their crap. I've had a few guy friends--and my brother--tell me things like "those girls in the mosh pit? Buncha hos" and "If you post dirty pictures of yourself online, you just come across as an attention seeking brat".

Good to know that there are adults like that too! Keep spreading your message--you do it better than most people!!!!

  • 2:43... strip down to your treasures... and SHARE THE WEALTH... Alfonzo... I will be happy to BUY YOUR BOOK... because... I put my money where IT MATTERS...

  • this song is so fricken' cool! keep it up!!

  • AWESOME!!!

  • God Bless you too Zo! Great sound with even better lyrics.

  • FINALLY!!!! Someone needed to send this message. And you did it in a rockin' way Zo!!! Keep it up, and keep KICKIN IT!!

  • This is good.

  • Zo! Best song I've heard yet from you! Planning any gigs out in NJ anytime soon?

  • Wow man I didnt actually know what to expect from that BUT WOW.....that was good

  • I think this is a very good good good song. I used to listen to heavy metal back in my old sinful days and have been away from it but I would listen to this genre again if the lyrics were always like this. Great song.

  • Check out Red. A metal christian band. Very good.

  • ZO!!!! THIS ROCKS!!!!

  • I love your songs! They're awesome and have a great message.

  • What does this song have to do with Disturbed or Tool? Sounds nothing like Disturbed, at least.

  • Alfonzo, this is great! women have lost the art of mystery and though there is nothing wrong with looking feminine and attractive and have fun doing it , we must do so with respect for ourselves and others.

  • Guys have a huge problem these days. I'm talking about the one's who walk around with their crotch hanging down to their ankles and their freekin' a** hanging out of their pants. As if everyone wants to see it! They must like having men look at their butts. I just don't get why anyone would do that. They might as well not even bother putting pants on. Do they realize how freekin' retarded they look dressing like that???

  • It's like wearing a sign on your back saying "I'm stupid and this is the best i could come up with"

  • what are you talking about?

  • Freaking awsome song!!!

  • Also, this song is pretty good, but for the love of cake, get a better snare sound going, please!

  • It is possible to be conservative without being religious. I haven't been to church in years, but I try to lead a good life. And if there is a God, I'd hope he'd be "loving" enough to let people who were good but didn't worship him into heaven instead of sending us all to hell.

  • Unfortunately, if you read the Bible you'll find that this isn't how it works. By not worshiping God and acknowledging the free gift of Jesus Christ, its the same as denying them both. Look at it this way, if you're dangling from a cliff and I reach my hand down to pull you up, you still have to take my hand. If you don't, you'll fall regardless of the fact that I offered my hand. I can pull on you all I want, but if you refuse to help me pull you up you're going to fall anyway.

  • So even if I am more pious than a member of the clergy, who despite in some unfortunate cases, abuse children, but don't go to church I am less deserving of the kingdom of heaven?

  • Duhhhhhhh

  • well that's just redonkulous.

  • Going to church isn't what gets you into heaven, accepting Christ as your savior is.

  • "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, that no one should boast."

    Ephesians 2:8-9

"because by the works of the Law no flesh will be justified in His sight; for through the Law comes the knowledge of sin...For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from works of the Law."

    Rom. 3:20, 28

  • I thought this was a 16th century hymn.

  • AWSOME!!!!!! love the great meaning behind it!!!!!!!

  • I love it. The lyrics are soooooo true. Because, yeah the women look good, but its poison to really stare and objectify them like most people do, and its gotten to the point where it is accepted by most people. WHAT?!!? Thats ridiculous. Women arent objects, not born to be stared at and called names, they deserve respect. Though, allowing yourself to be objectified is just as bad.

    Keep it up Zo!

  • Awesome song, great lyrics....GOD BLESS YOU ZO!

  • This is good. Might sound crazy but I'm a 15 year old male. I'm not castrated, I promise. I just think what libs want to believe is our (distasteful uncultured) "culture" is getting a little out of hand. Not what the Founding Fathers had in mind.

  • God Bless You. When I see comments like yours, I am still hopeful for the future of our country. You are 'heartfulsomebody'.

  • Thank you very much. And haha, my name is from some game I liked at one point, I'm a pretty confident. I just wish everyone my age were heartful, rather than led down the path set forth by them by drive by media...

  • I like Ticket out of Hades better but its still nice.

  • 3 F's, Zo... Five stars, favorited, and featured! Good stuff... Should be required listening for all young girls...

  • Much better drum track, and better vocals too. Sounds like it hasn't been run through so many filters

Lyrics are good. I too find myself caught between wondering what's more misogynistic these days - telling women to cover up, or watching them take it off.. so to speak.

  • Rock on! I don't want to hear any guy act like there aren't any strong male role models out in the world; here's one right here.

Ladies, women, girls (you know who you are out there), next time a guy acts like you're supposed to be a "ho" send 'em over here and make 'em listen to it a thousand times if necessary.

Gentlemen, fathers, brothers (brothers!), bring all your buds here too. That "ho" is YOUR daughter, YOUR sister.

    Man up and care.

  • well said, alexakim, especially the last part. It's time for men to 'man up'. another 5 * production by the ZO.

  • This is funny! Here we have a black guy making music with an alternative or metal sound, which is rare for black people. Kinda like black Republicans are not common.

  • This song is dope, I want to buy a copy, anybody know how I can?

  • The song is dope??? I thought that was something you smoke. Or it's like telling someone they are dumb. When will kids stop saying dopey things and just talk normal, instead of talking martian?

  • Every generation has its slang. In the 1920's you were the cat's pajamas. Then you became a hep cat. Etc, etc, etc. That's the nature of popular culture. Nothing wrong with that.

  • AWESOME!

  • love it! can't wait for more!

  • Wow, that was intense. You should send me an EP when you get finished with it.

  • Do you hear the that?

The horse men are saddling up, they are about to ride.

Even so, come quickly Lord Jesus!

  • Good Stuff Zo! Keep it up!

  • love you dude!! x

  • This song ROCKS! What other songs do you have?!?

  • Thanks! So far I have Ticket out of Hades posted also, and my 4 Song CD DISTURBING THE CHAOS Should be out soon! Thanks for listening! God on ya!

  • Good stuff man!

    Keep it up

  • Agreed. A friend of mine told his teenage daughter that how she dressed is kind of like going fishing." The bait you use will determine the kind of fish you catch. "

  • Alot of kids these days are growing up without mothers or fathers. Some are even growing up in homosexual homes. It's no wonder kids have no idea of what's right and wrong. Because they don't have the right people in their lives to give them the guidance they need, or a healthy environment to grow up in. Single parent homes are not healthy.

  • I came from a single parent home and your observations are correct. My life got more normal and better when I had a Father in the home.

  • I know alot about growing up in a single parent home, because that's what I had and it sucked. I'm glad there was a man around for you to be your father. I know this might sound alien to some, but I don't understand men because I had no father.

  • We all learn to adapt and get by. I was lucky to have some strong male role models along my way. My heart goes out to those who were not as lucky as I was and am.

  • Never too late to find good role models - go to church where they are, never to bad places. Watch good vids, not bad. Love, a grandma

  • Church is not a good place

  • You've tried them ALL??

  • I've had HORRIBLE experiences at 99% of the churches I've been to. Just had one this past Sunday at a church I had visited for the very first time - Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas. People like them are the reason why I quit going to church and refuuuuuse to ever go back. Please don't ask me what they did. I don't want to explain. It was REALLY bad - they made me cry! Stupid so-called Christians! They are just jerks - that's what they are! Big bullies.

  • Many churches preach big and act small. Don't let that keep you away from God, it may be that those "so called Christians" are wrong, and more interested in judging you than worshiping God. Maybe youshould try out churches you never thought you would go to, Seventh day adventists, Baptists, Mormon, Bethel etc. They may be more your style, many of the larger Christian churches like those are a bit kinder and gentler. Pray and read the Bible, God will help you along.

  • I am very sorry to hear that. As a grandma who's been to many churches, I never had that experience. I think you would feel a lot better if you have someone to talk to about it.

  • Mega churches tend to be impersonal. I have seen some small ones that are very friendly, and treat people as Jesus would. Please pray that God guides you to one - I have seen prayer work many times.

  • I don't think Gateway Church is considered a "mega-church". I sure wouldn't call it that. The only reason I went there is because I love Kari Jobes worship, so that's why I wanted to check out the church and see what it was like. Now I wish I had never gone there! All I did was waste my time, and they completely ruined my day - those stupid jerks!

  • Ouch.

  • Very cool! I detect shades of Suicidal Tendencies and perhaps Janes Addiction. Nice!

  • considering I am into the hard rock music....I like it and the message is awesome...something I think my teen needs to listen to to see just what most boys are wanting when girls try to 'flaunt it'

  • I love it! Can I get it on my MP3 player??? Come on...PLEEEEEEZE!!!

  • Hope to have a CD available within a couple of weeks. Will that do? You can convert the tracks to mp3 I reckon!

  • AWESOME....Thanks much, I love your vids, Keep them coming..its sad but common sense is in short supply these days.

  • sounds too dark and evil. nice message though.

  • you tube isnt loading your video correctly atm, its just screwing up all over the place, currently unwatchable.

  • This sure wouldn't make it to Christian radio. There's no mention at all that people should turn to the Lord. If there was a way to take the lyrics & turn them into a godly message, then in that context, I could understand that you're trying to reach out & change things for the better. But the way the lyrics are now, it sounds like you're promoting immodesty & sex.

  • no hes showing how much people objectify women today. true, it probably wouldnt make any christian radio, though

  • I agree women are objectified. I HATE those chrome naked women stickers people put on their trucks! I don't know about the lyrics though. The existing lyrics could be turned around some way to include a message that tells people they need Jesus. To me, this song sounds like all the other secular rap cr&p songs.

  • I completely agree with you on the part that women are objectified!! I HATE it so much when men act like pigs around women!! I mean what happened to respect and morals now a day people could care less and it's horrible my cousin knows 2 girls that are in 7TH GRADE and they're PREGNANT!!!

  • Ooooh my gosh! 7th graders PREGNANT???!!! That is sooooo sad! I remember 7th grade, and I just can't imagine that. Where are their parents?

  • Parents? As in plural? Oh no. Not today. Remember, ABC advertises the American family as "a new kind of family". This their idea of the American family.

  • I would hardly call this song rap....

  • Hip hop, rap....it all sounds the same to me - like cr&p! LoL.

  • I don't know what genre music this is. And please don't take my last comment the wrong way. It wasn't directed at Zo. I was generalizing.

  • The genre of this music would be Nu-Metal FireThunderTV

  • you obviously have not heard any rap songs dude. The subject is the antithesis of the modern rap songs. and it sounds nothing like it

  • I've never heard of "Nu-Metal". LoL, they're always coming up with something new. How could I not hear rap cr$p when it's all over the radio, the television, and people painfully subject me to that cr*p when they blast their thump-mobile stereos so loud that people on the other side of town can hear it!?

  • Well the fact that you said this sounds like all the other rap and hip-hop out there today tells me you've obviously never heard a rap song before. It doesn't take more than 5 seconds of a rap song to figure that this is nothing like rap what so ever. It sounds nothing like it and the subject of the song is the exact opposite of what rap is today.

  • Are you going to keep arguing and telling me I haven't heard rap when you have never met me, been around me, or listened to what I've heard? Please....give it up. I know what rap is!

  • Anybody who thinks this is rap music is an idiot. this isn't rap or hip hop, this sht is just hardcore with content.

  • The words are wonderful. I am not into this kind of music, but the word are real.

  • This is awesome, real lyrics!!

  • Comment removed

  • he is a christian. the song is pointing out how the world views women not him as an individual.

  • I removed that comment because I wasn't clear enough in what I was trying to convey. So I reposted a different comment.

  • Nice, love the bass line

  • HELLZ YEAH ZO

  • pretty rockin

  • Going all lars ulrich with the snare lol. Really want to see an album.

  • When are you going to give us one on the government healthcare. I'm terrified to think the government is going to have control over my ability to receive health care. Why and how can anyone possibly think this is good? I just don't understand it.

  • Futuremark

    CosmicGrooves ?!LOL has to be.

  • Futuremark CosmicGrooves?

    Gotta be...

  • The one and only! :)

  • Share the wealth, it is a double reference, clever win!

  • The song ROCKS, and I love the message!

  • haha "SHARE THE WEALTH!"

  • That's right 'Zo baby. We women set the standard of how we're treated by others. Thanks for the reminder.

    Great Job, again.

  • Another fantastic song, Zo, awesome job. God bless!

  • I don't usually like music with similar instrumental styles but man I'm really diggin' this song man! Keep up the great work! God bless ya fo' true!

  • Good work. Thanks.

     Bless you.

  • nice

  • I think I understand the message that you're trying to get across, the over sexification of our culture. But, if I didn't know that that's your message, I would have had an extremely hard time getting that from the lyrics. If you considered a rewrite, maybe make the last verse about how the girl in the song should act. There's my two cents. But I really like the music, and maybe someday people will stop talking about your snare drum. Keep the snare as is bro.

  • oh yeah - I still say you gots to check out King's X !!

  • Keep-on-Keeping-on!!!!

  • Zo must listen to SlipKnot lol

  • 70th rating 5\5.

  • Needs more cowbell.

    And snare drum. The most noticeable part of the song is that snare going 'thunk . . . thunk . . . thunk . . . thunk . . . thunk. . . '

I'm sayin, maybe tone that down a bit

  • I like the snare sound in this song, it sounds like my snare drum at home haha

  • You're talented brother. You should move out of CA and down here to sing in my band. :-)

  • This song needs a video with naked chicks dancing around

  • Dude, I know you call yourself a Christian, and I don't doubt you. But these lyrics are just discusting. Writing and singing this song is unbecoming to anyone--especially someone who has dedicated his life to Jesus. It doesn't matter if the actions talked about in the song are portrayed in a bad light, but

"Short skirt, tight shorts, jeans hung low.

Show me all of the skin that your allowed to show.

Parade your body erotically in a video."

This ain't something a Christian oughta be singing.

  • Looks like somebody completely missed the point. Purposeful or Ignorant? You already know.

  • 1 Cor. 13....Love is patient, love is KIND.

Guess you forgot that part, eh? Calling someone "ignorant" is NOT kind at all. You can show other respectful ways to show your disapproval.

  • Okay, who friggin cares.

  • He's being honest about something that all Christian men struggle with. Look at it again IN CONTEXT brother.

  • EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you my friend!

  • anytime Zo :D

  • Yo Andybob63: Alfonzo is using these lyrics to explain at how songs make women nothing more then sex objects. Yes the lyrics are not all that great, but he's trying to explain that the songs can too make it seem as though women are nothing but a piece of meat. Not that Zo is supporting these songs, actually the opposite. Gotta read the whole song, and hear the intro.

  • Andybob,

The point of the song is to bring attention to how demeaming women are treated by popular culture....and how absurd it is that they allow themselves be treated that way.

It needs to be shocking and un-Christian. That's the point.

  • Yup yup!

  • i believe it was satire andybob.. just saying.... besides, who are you to cast a stone?

  • Um, did I saw "Zo is a bad person!"? No, I didn't. I attacked the lyrics, not the writer. There's a big difference between calling something wrong, and calling someone a bad person.

  • How can you read or hear this song and not get that it's sarcasm? I'm 54 years old, a bishop of a recovery Christian church and a Grandma and I got that! Try listening to it again.

  • how can a woman, a married one at that, be a bishop

  • andybob, My first impression was the same as yours even taking the context into account. But, I have been following ZO's productions for a while and give it a second listen and it's full meaning hit me like a ton of bricks. Give it another chance.

  • Thank you.

  • ur songs are great, but id like to hear mor bass pedal to compliment the guitar

  • AWSOME!!! Your songs are great!

  • 5 *****

  • word

  • YEAH!!!!!! THAT"S AWESOME!!!!

  • I like more melodic stuff but this is good, try to incorporate a little more riff driven bases and I think it will come across better.

  • Macho SAuzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • Big ups for the message and the music! Way to go Zo!

  • Five Stars!!

  • love this one ur def improving dramatically! where can we download these?

  • thanks for making this song, Zo...it's so true. It's cool that a guy can really admit that this is going on in our culture.

  • Good for you Macho! Hey have you played on any of the roland electronic drum kits?
