The free help I refer to is working directly with your bank or with a HUD counselor. I have several clients who have successfully negotiated a loan mod on their own. I also have several clients who have been ripped off by loan mod "experts". That's why I made this video.

Most of the 'free help' that you are talking about is funded by banks. You should really try to find some reputable loan modification firms and recommend those. Based on experience (many years in real estate) most people i know who have tried their own loan mod have failed miserably and have gotten themselves into a worse situation.. However, props on putting out non-bias helpful info!
