He and Andrae Crouch are part of the reason that I grew up to be a church musician.  He and his music have had a tremendous impact on my life and I've done many of his songs. @skuta80 THE NAME OF THIS FILM IS CALLED OH HAPPY DAY. IT IS THE SEQUEL TO THE MOVIE GOSPEL. THE SONGS TO THIS FILM WAS DELETED SONGS FROM THE MOVIE GOSPEL. SO THESE SONGS WERE THEN ADDED TO THIS FILM. A LOT OF SONGS FROM THE MOVIE GOSPEL WERE DELETED TO CREATE THE SECOND HALF OF THE FILM.

Does anybody notice how Jacky is looking at Karen & Walter while they are singing with the mic? Its funny., but this was recorded in late 1981, the movie & soundtrack came out in 1982. I noticed someone said it was 1983, it wasn't, it was 81-82. Karen Clark was only 22 yrs old.
