It's like the Ranger is saying "I'm sorry folks-I don't know what's going on here! I don't have a clue! DUUUHHHH" In Season 1 Dinkle the Ranger was SOOOdumb it was easy to outsmart him.He had no clue that those cute animals in his park were THE SHIRT TALES themselves.Season 2 it seemed that he already knew that Rick,Pam,Tyg,Bolgey,and Kip were indeed the shirt tales.It wasn't shown how he FINALLY found out or how Kip got to be a new member.I do believe they needed another female in the group.

wow, i feel pretty old -_- ...apparently it was a good show because its the only one i remember from the ones you listed, BlazeFox.
from where i stand now though, the guy at the very end of the intro about says it all LOL
