  • gram flour = besan ,that we usually use in making pakora's

  • Thank you

  • Yes..looks very tasty & tempting...Is adding yeast necessary..& from where i can getit? thanks for sharing the recipe..

  • @smile123alot you can get yeast in any grocery stores, just look in the bakery/flour/sugar aisle. Also you may ask a near by bakery shop if they have for sale. And yes yeast is necessary to make the batter raise. Thus why she said we have to wait an hour for it to raise, to make them nice and crispy. Hope this helps.

  • @shuklashweta02 Yes, she made a Jilebi.

  • hello aunty!could you tell me the water and sugar ratio for the preparation of syrup.

  • Hello Manjula, I love watching your videos, and have tried a couple. Is it possbile that you could give a rough guide as to cup measurements in grams and millilitres. The cup is not a unit of measurement I am familiar with at all. Also, do you eat lovely food like this all the time or is it just a family treat saved for when you make the videos? Thanks for all your kindness in putting together this channel.

I am a great fan of your videos, the ease with which you cook almost everything is worth appreciating. I was interested in cooking since I was a teenager. I always love to learn how others cook the same dishes that we cook at our home. I loved your Jalebi, Pani Puri and Samosa videos the best. I hope you continue to post different recipes for food-lovers like us. Only one regret is that we don't get to taste the dishes you make :(.... Thank u very much for all your efforts :)

  • Namaste Auntie Ji I was just wondering, do you add food colouring if you want them to be really orange in colour?

  • @HoneySweetLotus

    I don’t use food coloring.
